Weekly, project-specific safety meetings
take place on site, and PPE is mandatory. Project managers are
expected to keep a job log, and to report to JEC management in
a weekly meeting. Communication with the owner’s personnel is
critical, and JEC project managers are available and
responsive 24/7 during a project. JEC knows that repeat
